We are accepting new patients!

RFMA is dedicated and centered on providing lasting & caring relationships with patients and their families.  Dr. Rodonaia and staff specialize in caring for the physical & emotional well-being of their patients and their families.  They are trained to care & guide patients and family members through all stages of life.

For new patient appointments to be scheduled, please contact RFMA staff during the business hours. You will need to complete appropriate documentation.  RFMA presents 3 types of patient registration packets – Medical Services, Weight Loss Program, and Medical Aesthetics Services.

Prescriptions & Refills

All prescription refill requests will be handled within 48 hours.  Simply get in touch with us during the regular office hours or leave a message & RFMA staff will get in touch with your pharmacy.  When you call about a prescription please remember to include your name, your telephone number, your medication, dosage, and your pharmacy name & location.

Please note: prescriptions cannot be refilled if the type of medication requires an appointment; or if it has been longer than 3 months since the last appointment.  Your chart & patient file will be reviewed before the refill is initiated, which is why we can only promise 48 hour turnaround time.  If your request is urgent, we encourage you to contact the office or your pharmacy during normal business hours to expedite the process.

Labs, Xray, MRI and other testing results

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the results to be delivered to RFMA and to be reviewed by Dr. Rodonaia.  Some testings require 5 business days before the results are final and submitted to Dr. Rodonaia.  It is our policy to contact patients for a follow-up appointment only if the results are abnormal.  If you would like to review the results regardless the positive or negative outcome and discuss the post testing process please contact us to schedule an appointment.

Insurance & Policies

RFMA currently accepts: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare, Tricare, Humana.  We also accept self pay patients.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following helpful questions: What is my health insurance coverage & benefits?  What is my deductible & has it been met?  Do I have a co-pay and how much is it?  What is my wellness visit coverage?  We encourage patients to get involved with their health-care companies & request educational information to avoid stress & frustration situations.

RFMA billing department is available and happy to provide explanation regarding individual benefits.  Please don’t hesitate to contact the office with general concerns.


Cash and all major credit cards are accepted by RFMA for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment & you have not notified the office at least 24 hours in advance, you may be subject to cancellation fees.
